Ken Tadeo '89 is associate creative director at J. Walter Thompson - Digital, Detroit, Michigan. He received a Silver Award from the New York Film and Print Festival, New York City, for his design for a teaser site for a Ford Motor Company Website. He also received an Award of Excellence and Bronze Medal from Detroit's mayor for his work on a design project promoting the city to potential e-businesses and Internet companies.

Bryan Cantley '90 is an associate professor of design theory at California State University, Fullerton. The San Francisco Museum of Modern Art recently acquired five architectural hybrid models and six drawings by his studio, Form:uLA, for its permanent collection.

Work by Annetta Kapon '92 was included in "Eye Confess," a screening and photography exhibit, at Side Street Live, Los Angeles, in February.

"of perfect world," a sculpture installation by Jason Rhoades '93 loosely based on Sutter's Mill, where the California gold rush began, was on view last fall at David Zwirner, New York.

Work by Amy Adler '95 was exhibited in December at Casey Kaplan, New York.

"Musical Sound Garden," an installation by Martin Kersels '95, is included in "Made in California: NOW," an exhibition which runs through September at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art's LACMALab, a gallery designed for children of all ages. His work was included in "Inventional," a show last summer at Angeles Gallery, Los Angeles.

Eugene J. Hutchins '96 directed a new one-act play, "Machine Head," at Theater-Studio, Inc., New York. He has also served as assistant stage director for Operawork and Regina Opera.

As part of the Los Angeles County Arts Open House last fall, Malathi Iyengar '96 and her Rangoli Dance Company performed "Inter-Active Visual Poetry," a structured improvisational piece, at Santa Monica's 18th Street Arts Complex. In December, she performed the work in Bangalore, India.

Malathi Iyengar '96, Ilaan Egeland '99, and Sharon Kinney '00 were featured last summer in "The Horse's Mouth Greets the New Millennium," a live stage documentary piece at the Japan America Theater, Los Angeles.

A video work by Slater Bradley '98, was shown last fall at P.S. 1, New York.

Six paintings of domestic interiors by Kristin Calabrese '98 were included in "I Am a Camera" at Saatchi Gallery, London, earlier this year.

The Lontano Music Group, a symphony orchestra founded by Matthew Cody '98, gave its first performance in July at Occidental College, Eagle Rock, California, where he teaches musicianship. Cody is music director and conductor of the Pacific Brass Ensemble, Long Beach, California.
